Owner/Speech-Language Pathologist
Mireille Marchand, M.H.Sc., SLP(C), Reg. CASLPO
​
Mireille is the owner of Believe Grow Thrive Speech and Language Services (BGT). She is a Speech-Language Pathologist registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO), as well as a member with clinical certification of Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC). Mireille completed her Master of Health Sciences in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Ottawa in 2015. She is fully bilingual and is happy to offer services in French and/or English.
Mireille has gained experience working with preschool and school-aged children in clinic and community settings, including public schools, daycares, and teletherapy. She also enjoys working with adults who experience communication difficulties post-stroke.
Mireille has advanced training in early communication development, speech sound disorders, stuttering, autism, and social communication skills. Some of her certifications include Motor Speech 201 Training through the Speech & Stuttering Institute (SSI), the Lidcombe Program for Early Intervention of Stuttering©, as well as the Hanen It Takes Two to Talk®, Target Word®, and More Than Words® programs. Mireille has also completed her Sensory Certificate for SLPs, and is continuously learning neurodiversity affirming techniques and approaches to support her clients in the best way possible.

As a mental health advocate for her families and clients, Mireille also sits on the Board of Directors for the Hearst, Kapuskasing & Smooth Rock Falls Counselling Services Centre.
In her spare time, Mireille loves hiking, kayaking, playing board games, and listening to a wide variety of podcasts.
Graphic Designer
Vennessa Fudge, Graphic Designer, Venns Creative Studio

Vennessa is a graduate from the Toronto Film School (TFS) Graphic Design & Interactive Media program. She graduated with a G.P.A of 4.25, and earned herself a spot on the Presidency List at TFS. Currently, Vennessa offers services as a freelance graphic designer through her personal design company, known as 'Venns Creative Studio'. Vennessa was tasked with creating a website for believegrowthrive.ca, and will be continuing to bring new updates, as well as making sure the website is running smoothly. Additionally, she is responsible for Brand Identity, designing various stationaries | merch. designs, and visual business advertisements.

Vennessa is known to enjoy various artistic hobbies such as painting and drawing. She also likes to go on nature walks, play video games, and watch movies | series with her husband and three children.
Content Specialist & Marketing Coordinator
Anick Hebert, B.A. Linguistics, M.Sc.S. Audiology Student

Anick completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Ottawa in Linguistics in the spring of 2022, and is now in her last year of the Master’s degree in Audiology at the University of Ottawa. She is passionate about helping people with communication and hearing difficulties. Anick helps BGT with its social media presence, as well as a variety of promotional material.
In her free time, she loves spending time outside. Rain or shine, you can find her walking with her dog, Finn. Apart from spending time outdoors with Finn, Anick enjoys reading and watching true crime docuseries.
